Wall Sconce Workshop

£55.00

Saturday 20th September 10.30am to 2.00pm

Come and join me at the Manchester Ceramics Collective studio to design and create your own unique wall-mounted candle holder (or a pair, if you prefer).

Under my guidance, you’ll learn essential pottery techniques, from creating a design template, making the slabs to form your design and the best way to construct it. There will also be an opportunity to decorate your piece(s) using a curated palette of slips and underglazes.

This experience not only allows you to craft a functional piece of art but also create a lasting keepsake for your home. Suitable for all skill levels, the workshop combines creativity with mindfulness, offering a rewarding and immersive session. Join me to bring your design vision to life and illuminate your space with your handmade candle holder.

The pieces will be fired twice in our kilns and ready to collect from the studio approx.3-4 weeks after the workshop. If you’re not able to collect, I can arrange postage for a small charge.

Our studio is located at 65 Cornbrook Street, Manchester, M16 7QB
